Letter Exchange

During the year I studied at Penn State University on a company-sponsored scholarship when the dollar was still fixed at 360 yen.
Three reports sent to Japan (Daido Steel Headquarters, Personnel Department).
Outline of campus life and observations of the U.S. gained through travels to various locations.
Meanwhile, several letters from friends and seniors.

Picture Diary 1970

Record of the latter half of the study abroad period (first half lost).
Includes some local student slang and my own coined term “Introduction to Pennglish” as the title.
