Considering the present situation as it is, elderly Suga now changes the direction to Takenaka Corporation.
"Do you have the plans at that time here?"
Instead of the staff of Takenaka, the Mitsubishi staff in charge of overall repair-design says, as if waiting impatiently.
"May I?"
He looks young with a round face, but his hairline has receded.
"We have prepared them here. They are unofficial plans. Please check them."
Tens of plans are arranged on the table. The full plan of Kanematsu Auditorium, partial plans and related others.
The senior elderly watches the plans carefully each by each with the help of a magnifying glass.
He particularly takes time with the plans of the whole, the facade and the enlarged parts. Who wrote them? Any clues to disclose the monsters? Anything related to Chuta Itoh? Any descriptions about names and deeds on the school side?

-----
The three attendants are also checking the plans with eyes and fingers. Besides, the host side people are not only viewing the visitors. They are checking the plans under Suga's request too.
Time passes mercilessly.

Suga's face falls, supposedly guessing rong. No expected expression has not been found on any plans yet.
Tsubune and Mutsumi are still keeping the eyes on the plan, tilting their heads too often.
Eriko gives up, considering nothing any more.
Tsubune whispers to his senior, noticing something.
"All these plans are dated in Showa 2 (1927). I'd like to see the ones before this year."
Suga nods and lets the hosts pay attention to him, saying,
"All the plans are the completed ones written out, aren't they? What I want to see now is the ones written out before. Supposedly they must have been touched in and corrected with some memos. We may find some more hints through them."
The staff of Mitsubishi is puzzled for an answer.
"You are right, but these plans are all that we referred to at the repair work this time. Don't you have any idea about whatever others?"
He asks the Takenaka staff, who is sorry to answer too.
"These are all we offered, and no other plans as far as I know."
Having been silent, Kitani opens his mouth rather reluctantly.
"A lot of revisions must surely have been done from planning to the completion. But I don't think we have such documents on the way around us as the construction side. The owner or the companies related to designing may keep them like Kanematsu Company, Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo University, the Architecture Association, the Document Museum of Chuta Itoh, etc."
The planned time is over now.

The staff of Takenaka lifts a document up in a hand, and says toward Suga.
"Have you ever looked at this? I suppose most of the contents are what you already know, but...."
The document is old with stains here and there, but seems no problem to read.
The front cover shows the title "Tokyo Commercial College" published on May 30, Showa 3 (1928), which is the next year of the completion of Kanematsu Auditorium. Sure enough there is a chapter of Kanematsu Memorial Auditorium.
Suga watches the passages busily bending the stoop even more.
The staff seems to read the senior's earnest look and tells him.
"May I send it to you, if you please?"
"Yes, please."
Suga's face relaxed into a smile.
