Enjoying the Cherry Blossoms in Ueno Park, 2018 （１）

Part 1

Sunday, March 25, 2018.
Our couple planned to enjoy the cherry blossoms in Ueno Park today since one week ago.
Just as the weather forecast said, it is nice and warm with no cloud.

Left home at 11:00. Rode a bus to Maihama Station, where there were many people for Disney Resort.
There, we took a JR train to Ueno Station via Tokyo Station.

On the way, surprisingly enough, we found Tokyo Station was packed with tremendous people most probably heading for various vacation spots around like ourselves.

Ueno Station was the most of all. We had a hard time to go all through the ticket gate to the park.

On Sunday, early-summer fine weather even in late March.

We enjoyed the slow walk around Ueno Park with full cherry-blossoms for a couple of hours from noon.
There were even still a lot of people far beyond our expectation. They said the turnout was over 300 thousand.
